Classes
A practice for every stage of life
From private sessions to community classes, from little ones to corporate teams — Rahasya Yoga offers thoughtful, accessible yoga for all walks of life. Explore what resonates with you.
Group Classes
Community yoga sessions held at local churches, HOAs, neighborhood centers, and community venues throughout the Triangle Area. These accessible, welcoming classes bring neighbors together and make yoga available to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
Private Classes
One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to your needs, goals, and current physical condition. Whether you're recovering from injury, deepening your practice, or simply prefer individual attention, private sessions offer a pace and focus that group classes cannot.
Corporate Yoga
Bring wellness into your workplace. Corporate yoga sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and build team cohesion. Sessions are adapted to office settings — no special equipment needed, just a willingness to breathe and move.
Kids Yoga
Fun, imaginative, and energizing yoga for children. Through stories, games, and poses, kids build body awareness, concentration, and emotional regulation — all while having a wonderful time. Suitable for ages 4–12.
Mother & Child Yoga
A heartwarming practice that invites mothers and children to move, breathe, and connect together. These sessions blend gentle adult yoga with playful child-friendly sequences, creating shared memories and deepening the parent-child bond.
Individual Coaching
A deeper commitment to your yoga journey. Individual coaching combines asana practice with lifestyle guidance, breathing techniques, mindfulness tools, and goal-setting to help you build a sustainable, meaningful practice that extends beyond the mat.
Moon Salutation Sessions
Monthly special sessions aligned with the lunar cycle. Moon salutations honor the feminine, cooling energy of the moon — a beautiful counterbalance to the solar energy of traditional sun salutations. These sessions are meditative, restorative, and deeply calming.
Partner Yoga
Explore connection and trust through shared movement. Partner yoga invites two people to support each other in poses, building communication, balance, and playfulness. Perfect for couples, friends, or parent-teen duos — no experience necessary.
